I've watched it again and I stick by my original thoughts.I thought his facial expressions and attitude was condescending,almost like saying this guys an idiot, OK maybe his comment about the "groisser tuches" may have been sympathetic but what about the eruv hat and the ham and milk ? I thought that was just taking the proverbial, I still think it was cheap humour at the expense of others.

The eiruv is kind of asking for it, nor is it unusual to make fun of things like that (selling Chametz on Pesach is another one), and I don't think he did it in a condescending way. What was unusual about this piece is that he actually went out of his way to point out that it would not be harming anyone and the people who are getting worked up over it are even sillier.

Of course, it's a comedy show, not a news show.
